Templates
If you would like your tipping competition to have a set look and feel (company logo, colours, wording etc) this can be achieved by supplying a template with the look and feel you require. For a similar result you can frame your competition within your current site's 'look and feel'.

Administration - Emails In
If you do not want to have to allocate the money and staff hours to answering competitors emails we can do it for you. This means that from round one if any of your entrants has a question, the experienced staff at Footy Tipping Software will receive, research and respond to them. If you choose to administer these queries yourself then Footy Tipping Software is there to help and advise on any questions that require further clarification.

Administration- Emails Out
If you don't want to have to spend your time sending out emails to your competition's participants Footy Tipping Software can take the workload off your hands.

We will send up to 3 emails a week to your competitors on your behalf - an announcement of scores after a round is complete, a mid-week announcement of the upcoming games and a pre-round reminder. All these emails can be composed by you, and will be personally addressed to each tipper and can include whatever information you would like to go out.

Additional Email Content (only available for selected sports)
To ensure your emails are read, and enjoyed, by your competition entrants each week you need to give them a reason to open them and the best way to do this is by keeping the content fresh and relevant. We can offer league specific content for your emails - in the form of a weekly round preview, to go out with (eg) your Thursday afternoon email, and a weekly round review, to be sent out with your 'results email' on a Monday/Tuesday. Subdomain - Ours
By default your eTipping competition will run from our web server at www.etipping.com.au/yourname. If you'd prefer we can supply a subdomain so that your competition address is (eg) www.yourname.etipping.com.au.

Subdomain - Yours
This is the subdomaining option we strongly recommend for your B.O.T.S. promotion, as it will further enahnce your brand (through web address) and will minimise instances of people being unable to access your competition due to their network's security settings. To make this happen you will create and allocate to us a subdomain so that your competition address is a part of your domain name (eg) footy.yourname.com.au.
