New
tippers is only enabled if you choose to alter the web joining
options to allow tippers to join on your website. If tippers cannot
join through your website it will not
appear.
To check for recently joined tippers, press 'Refresh'.. If any competitors
have joined on the website, then the relevant round should appear
in the new tipper box. Then select the relevant round and press
the 'Download' button to import the new tippers to the regular program.
Once a round is closed you will need to download and import the tips for that round. To check for a tips file of the relevant round hit the 'Refresh' button. If any competitors have input their tips on the website, then the relevant round should appear in the tips box. Then you need to select the relevant round and click the 'Download' button. This will import the tips to the regular program. Bold entries in the list show where the information on the website has changed and needs to be downloaded. Blue entries show the current input round.
Password
changes will only be enabled if you have allowed tippers to
change their password on the site. You can change this option in
Website Options. You can download new passwords at any time. To
check for changed passwords of hit the 'Refresh' button. If any
competitors have changed their passwords on the website, then "Password
Changes" appear. If "Password Changes" is bold, changes
are available that have been made since your last download. If "Password
Changes" is not bold then changes have been made that you have
already attempted to download. To download the password file tick
the box next to "Password Changes" and click the 'Download'
button. This will import the new passwords into the regular program.
To import a manually downloaded file or re-import a file into the competition, click on Import and choose the relevant file. Alternatively, you may choose to download manually from the website, for instance if the Web Interface is not working or you are not on the machine where the copy of the Interface resides.
